Cannot load source filter error 0X80004003 invalid pointer

Hi, when I use DVBViewer, the error message: Cannot load source filter error 0X80004003 invalid pointer comes up. It then at the bottom where it say's time, slowly increases in percentage which takes around 30 mins to reach 100%. After which goes back to 0% and repeats the count and i never seem to get the tv channel loaded. Does anyone have any idea about what is wrong? Hope to hear from someone regards paul.
