Auto-B conditions for filetypes

The Microsoft H.264 decoder does not seem to like .mkv and .flv files so you often get stuttering, it would be good if you could use filetypes in the Auto B conditions for Video B in Direct X settings, so you can set another decoder such as ffdshow or MPC, thanks.

It's already possible. Enter them (additionally to other conditions) with a preceding dot and separated by commas, e.g.
.mkv,.flv
This will let DVBViewer automatically switch to Video B if .mkv or .flv files are played. File extensions implicitely set the condition "file" for Video B and can't be inverted by a preceding /.
The logic behind it: DVBViewer switches to Video B if
Condition1 and Condition2 and... and (filetype1 or filetype2 or...)
is true.

Is it possible to use auto b for files except some special ones?
as an example:
use auto b for all files except .m2ts - so that m2ts files automatically are played with auto a option?
or would it be possible to choose the codec especially for m2ts files so that all other auto b options remain untouched (use of reclock in auto b for smooth playback) - so that the file is played with auto b options just with another codec?

Yeah thanks! Had no idea about this one and these nuggets comes around from time to time when least expected. It would of course be easier for us who not speak German to know these things if having a complete DVBViewer Pro manual in English and not the joke which is in the Wiki right now. There are many moderators that both speak exellent English and have the knowledge, but nobody seems to be keen on taking on this task.

You can use a GraphPreset instead of the Video-B.
