problem with dvbviewer userdata 240 error

I have recived a new credential , but works in the site for downloading , but when open program i have this error ( userdata 240 ) christian tells me to look here http://www.DVBViewer.tv/forum/topic/42222-how-to-get-new-credentials/ but no work

 

I also tried a completely clean PC with no antivirus and where I never opened them DVBViewer but also from the same error .. I also tried to clean the registry but nothing ... I can do?

I hope you give me help, thank you in advance.

Hmm, i remember the following threads:

both are from you, right? I suppose you licensed with a new email in order to avoid a possible "account already blocked, so do not send new credentials to the user" function. And i suppose the reason that Mr. Hackbart was pinpointing you to the "credentials faq" thread was caused by the fact that he did not realized the fact that jhondj is djandrea.

There is a third possible reason why the software does not work: If you used a blocked account the software remembers this on the system you installed it. This means that a new version does not work if you did not removed it completely. It is pretty obvious that this is the reason for your trouble, so deinstall the software completely (erase all setting files which remain after deinstallation), then download the software with your current account and install it with the SAME account. Otherwise it wont work and why in hell do you conceal the fact that you already have had a version which has been blocked because of your behaviour?

hi, thanks for the answer, but I tried it on another pc clean (freshly formatted) and I downloaded the software from the same data .... but does not work (same error) cristian responds with the same answers and do not solve anything, it seems to me absurd that is my problem, as I tried on another PC, without ever having installed DVBViewer but now works
