My DVBViewer (Pro and GE) can't see mp4 files

My DVBViewer can't see and play mp4 files. LAV filters and ffdshow are installed, avi and mkv files are ok, but in the movies folder the mp4 files are hidden. Why?

Hi mekukoki, try adding the file extension in (Options,Movies,Add .mp4).

Thanks, but pro is not installed on my pc yet, and ge doesn't have this option. Where can I find it?

For DVBViewer GE:

 

(1) Close DVBViewer GE.

 

(2) Run Tweaker.exe (located in the DVBViewer GE installation folder where DVBViewer.exe is).

 

(3) In the line "Video file types" add *.mp4 separated by a semicolon.

 

(4) Click Save and close Tweaker.exe

 

(5) Run DVBViewer GE. Now it should work.

Ok, another problem. My DVBViewer GE plays mp4 files now, but only without subtitles. The problem maybe is that the ffdshow isn't loaded (the ffdshow system tray icon is not shown). Thanks!
