Cian
Hi, I record an opera stream from satellite. When played in DVBViewer, I can the multiple language subtitles. They are selectable under the DVB Subtitles. However, neither TSPlayer or MediaInfo see these subs tracks, so when I remove the pre-record buffer using TSPlayer, I also loose the subs. I can't post a sample file at the moment because the file is over 30G(!), but I wondered if anyone here had come across this problem and if there is a solution for it? (There is another broadcast tomorrow night so I plan to record a minute-long file for research!) Thanks, C. Quote Link to comment
SimonP
Do you have DVBViewer set to record the subtitles? (Settings / Options / Recorder / Include) Quote Link to comment
Griga
neither TSPlayer or MediaInfo see these subs tracks, Try to increase Settings -> Search Depth in TSPlayer. More about it here. Quote Link to comment
Cian
Try to increase Settings -> Search Depth in TSPlayer. More about it here. Upped the size to 999MB and there they were!! That's excellent - thanks so much. The support available here for the software is worth so much more than a measly €15! Quote Link to comment
Cian
Upped the size to 999MB and there they were!! That's excellent - thanks so much. Having done a few more recordings, I have one that started much earlier than the others so the 999MB limit is not enough. Is there a reason for this limit or is it just a handy number? Is it possible to have this limit increased in the next release? I realise that having a larger number slows down the scanning of the file, but if it could be upped, it would help me a lot! Thanks, C. Quote Link to comment
