"DVBViewer controller" any wiki or tutorial ?

Recommended Posts

I want to use "DVBViewer controller" as remote through WIFI but app can't get connected

Is there any wiki or tutorial for this?

I don't want any streaming, is it necessary, installing recording service?

I use wifi remote for XBMC or PC without any problem, but I don't know what option changes port and url in android app and DVBViewer?

App shows "connection to http://127.0.0.1:8089 refused"

You need the current DVBViewer Pro (5.3.2) and the current Recording Service (1.30.1).

http://en.DVBViewer.tv/wiki/Recording_Service_Installation_Guide

And 127.0.0.1 is the locale device (you can only use it to communicate within one device). The PC with the RS need a fixed IP in you network.

And this is the IP you use in the App

Don't change any IP or port settings in the Recording Service.

And no need to change any of the posts in the app.

And the IP address is either configured in the windows network setting or in the router.
