It can be downloaded here. The ZIP archive has to be extracted to the DVBViewer program directory. The new DLL is also already available via DVBViewer Pro Downloader, see Windows start menu: It does not hurt to verify whether the correct TbsCIapi.dll version 1.0.1.8 is present inside the DVBViewer program directory after installation. TaKo Posted May 9, 2016 Share Posted May 9, 2016 Hi CiNcH, I have a TBS5990 USB Dual DVB-S2. When I install TbsCIapi.dll with some channels with low symbol rate sometimes couldn't tüne sometimes too many packet drops so that channel could not be watchable. When I remove TbsCIapi.dll everything fine. But I have a CAM to use and I need dll file. IS there any solution for that ? Quote Link to comment

Please try following: Copy your TbsCIapi.dll (V 1.0.1.8) AGAIN into DVBViewer program directory and rename it to TbsCIapi1.dll - as result you have 2 DLL-files in this directory (TbsCIapi and TbsCIapi1).
