HI

I tried too start HbbTv but not start,I did so,ESC-HbbTV-but nothing ;(

I have last DVBViewer 5.6.4 and last HbbTV/MHEG 5 version on win 10 PRO x64.

This is not a bug report but a newbie question. Therefore the topic is best placed Newbies DVBViewer Pro/GE like nearly all topic you start.

 

You have installed the add-on and entered the credentials in the KeyTool?

 

Then you need first a channel which provides HbbTV informations.

Visible in the MiniEPG of the defualt OSD Skin (and some other) at the read dot

 

Then press OSD-read ([F5]) or OSD-Menu > HbbTV

Are you sure the TV channel you are trying it with, has a HbbTV offering?

What TV stations do you think have a HbbTV offering?

Have you read the Wikipedia article, I linked to, to understand what HbbTV is?

For HbbTV you don't need the HbbTV Browser Plugin.

Youtub has worked with other plugind not related until Goggle decided to shut there API down. There is no solution and mostly will not be in the foreseeable future (website grebing baste solutions are a lot of work to keep them working).

Use the default OSD Skin for testing until it works then you can swish to what ever you want.

 

Have you read the Wikipedia article, I linked to, to understand what HbbTV is?

I will not answer questions to ways to access HbbTV without a connection to the currently played TV station, until I have the feeling you have a basic understanding what HbbTV is.

 

Start the DVBViewer via stat menu > DVBViewer > DVBViewer Pro (Debug Mode) then switch through some channels you think could include HbbTV informations and then stop the DVBViewer and generate a support.zip and post it here.

hbbTV is for providers with hbbtv informations. If your provider in romania doesn't offer hbbtv you can not use it.

It is possible to access HbbTV offering from channels you don't receive (e.g. via HbbTV Custom Load).

 

But because they are only designed to be connected to a TV service, those URLs can change at any time. And the only way to get HbbTV URLs is, that someone how is able to coronet to the TV station grabs the from the DVB stream.

 

And the HbbTV pages may have Geo-blocking enabled for the entire page or some streaming content. To allow only access from country where you can receive the TV station to which the HbbTV contend is connected.

You had ask me before you bought the add-on via PM and I told you it is only useful if TV stations you use have a HbbTV offering.

 

So way you ask questions if you don't care about the answer?

I don't need Presets at all. They are only necessary if the DireectShow System in you Windows installation is completely messed up.
Or if you are a expert and like to use special filter in a special situation.

In nearly all cases it is enough to install LAV Filters on a system.

If it works not with a special stream, we need to investigate this with this precise URL and informations about the system (starting with a support.zip). And only step by step or in other words one URL at the time. And only if this one works change to the next.

The YoutTub question was already answered. Please read all my answers over again until you find it.

HbbTV is not about strimming!

It is about displaying special web pages (CE-HTML) which are designed to be used with a remote-control. That includes playing streaming content which is included in the HbbTV pages, but the allowed streaming formats are closely specified in HbbTV pages. And non HbbTV web pages are using nearly every time other formats.

(If you need flash you can be sure it will not work with the DVBViewer, there you don't need to look any further)

 

And nearly all HbbTV web pages will not work in Firefox or Chrome (some are redirecting non HbbTV clients to a different page).

And don't use Presets, if you don't know the difference between source filter, splitter, decoder, post-processor and renderer. Unless someone tells you which Presets you should try to solve a specific problem.

 

And Codec Pack like k-lite are the best way to mess up the DirectShow system (some times beyond repair). Never install Codec Pack, only install codecs you know you need. And every time get the from the original source.

Was works and hat not. Describe completely each of your step what are you doing and what is the result?

(and don't expect a answer if the description I not at least nearly as comprehensive as the manual I wrought)

(But in the description presets are never mention, so you should not have enabled it. And the manual never says you should copy a three years old list, where most links are working any more. And about the list you are linking to, many URLs are shortened by so forum, you couldn't copy and paste the whole list even if it where up tu date, you would have needed to copy each link separate via context menu.
