DVBViewer Pro no work

Hi, I just installed DVBViewer Pro and it does not work.

 

DVBViewer Pro Demo worked perfectly.

 

I have written to Support, but they refer me to the Forum.

This has solved the problem:

 

Under certain (rare) circumstances a "DVBViewer Pro Error" message box without any text may appear on DVBViewer start (example). After clicking OK DVBViewer is closed, but the process is still running and must be terminated with the Windows Task Manager before DVBViewer can be launched again.

 

If you encounter this issue please do the following:

• Use the Windows Task Manager to terminate the DVBViewer process if it is still running.

• Unpack the attached ZIP to the \Program Files (x86)\DVBViewer\Language folder. This will let the the message box display the missing text.

• Relaunch DVBViewer and post the message box text in the Bug Reports section of the forum so we can see what went wrong.

• Use the Windows Task Manager to terminate the DVBViewer process each time after the message box has appeared if you want to try again.
