			<p>
				Hi,
			</p>

			<p>
				I am experiencing an issue with DVBViewer's taskbar icon placement in a multi-monitor configuration on Windows.
			</p>

			<p>
				<b>The Problem:</b> In Windows settings, I have configured the taskbar to show app icons on the specific monitor where the application window is currently active. While this works perfectly for all other applications, DVBViewer does not behave correctly.
			</p>

			<p>
				When I move the DVBViewer window to Monitor 2, its taskbar icon remains stuck on Monitor 1. Interestingly, if I minimize DVBViewer while it is on Monitor 2, the icon immediately moves to the Monitor 2 taskbar. However, as soon as I restore the window, the icon jumps back to Monitor 1.
			</p>

			<p>
				<b>What I've Tried:</b> I suspect the issue is related to the internal option "Show DVBViewer in: Taskbar/Both".
			</p>

			<p>

			</p>

			<p>
				Is there any solution to be able to show DVBViewer icon in the taskbar of the Monitor2 only, when I move the app to Monitor2 ?
			</p>

			<p>

			</p>

			<p>
				Thank you!
			</p>

<p>
	<span>Redlight HD</span><br />
	<span>11.662 V 27500 2/3 DVB-S2/8PSK</span><br />

<p>
	<span>I am using a TBS 6910Se card.</span><br />
	<span>I also have a Viaccess module inserted together with the access card.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span>I would like to point out that all the other channels are working and behaving as expected.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span>When I select this channel, the program freezes immediately — without displaying any error message.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span>The same problem occurs when the module is removed or not inserted.</span><br />
	<span>It does not matter whether the module and card have authorization to receive the channel or not.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span>After selecting the channel, the program closes without displaying any message.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span>I am attaching the logs from this situation.</span><br />

<p>
	I have 2 iptv providers, 1 of them works fine and the other won't play in DVBViewers channel list,  The interesting thing is it does play if i click Playback&gt; open url. For example if i literally copy and past the URL from Stream properties &gt; Address: into the playback &gt; open url ... it works fine. I'm not sure what's wrong because it plays my other providers channel list no problem. This is a new system so i have recently freshly installed DVBViewer.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	In terms of the actual URL layout, both providers have a similar URL, i have tried adding .ts to end of the urls and also tried removing the port number but to no avail, yet it continues to play fine after pasting into the open url option.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	i should add that i didn't have this problem on my last system and im using the same channel list

	Hi everyone,
</p>

<p>
	<br />
	I've recently started using DVBViewer with streams coming from a TVHeadend server, and I’ve encountered a strange issue with the EPG display.
</p>

<p>
	Specifically, the EPG shown in DVBViewer (both in the general guide and in the per-channel view) seems to be mixed up. It displays a combination of EPG data from the currently tuned channel and previously viewed channels.<br />
	It also shows programs with the same time, which obviously can't be correct!
</p>

<p>
	To clarify, the EPG data from the TVHeadend stream itself appears to be correct. I verified this by downloading the stream (both the single channel and the whole mux) directly via a browser and stopping it at the right moment, so the issue seems to lie in how DVBViewer handles or caches EPG data from these streams.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The correct EPG for the channel is:
</p>

<p>
	<br />
	18:44    One Piece<br />
	19:15    Chuck<br />
	20:11    Due uomini e 1/2        &lt;--- here i tuned the channel in DVBViewer<br />
	20:35    Due uomini e 1/2<br />
	21:00    Due uomini e 1/2<br />
	21:25    Lupin e il tesoro di anastasia<br />
	23:14    THE BIG BANG THEORY               (S9 Ep13 L'ottimizzazione dell'empatia)<br />
	23:32    THE BIG BANG THEORY               (S9 Ep14 La materializzazione della nonnina)<br />
	23:55    THE BIG BANG THEORY               (S9 Ep15 La sommersione di San Valentino)<br />
	00:20    THE BIG BANG THEORY               (S9 Ep16 La reazione positivo - negativa)<br />
	00:50    THE BIG BANG THEORY               (S9 Ep17 La sperimentazione del genetliaco)<br />
	01:15    One Piece<br />
	01:45    One Piece<br />
	02:11    One Piece<br />
	02:39    Holly e Benji Forever<br />
	03:03    Holly e Benji Forever<br />
	03:26    Holly e Benji Forever<br />
	03:51    Il mistero della pietra azzurra<br />
	04:15    Il mistero della pietra azzurra<br />
	04:40    Il mistero della pietra azzurra<br />
	05:05    Camera Cafe'<br />
	05:30    Camera Cafe'<br />
	05:55    Schitt's Creek<br />
	06:16    Schitt's Creek<br />
	06:38    Schitt's Creek
</p>

<p>
	and so on...
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	In this Drive folder you'll find:<br />
	- a sample of the whole mux stream (captured by browser)<br />
	- a sample of the single channel stream (captured by browser)<br />
	- the recording of the same stream via DVBViewer (obviously the stream URL is the same)<br />
	- my support.zip file
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<a href="https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1QJ2AFjcOpgbt1NypRyGHlKS9AK1V2jUw?usp=sharing" rel="external nofollow">https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1QJ2AFjcOpgbt1NypRyGHlKS9AK1V2jUw?usp=sharing</a>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	DVBViewer is setup to record all the <abbr title="MPEG transport stream">TS</abbr> extra info.<br />
	Note that "THE BIG BANG THEORY - S7 Ep15 La manipolazione della locomotiva", which is the timer name (chosen by DVBViewer) is not related to this channel, but from a previously tuned one.
</p>

<p>
	<br />
	This happens both with DVBViewer 7.1.0.0 and 7.3.1.0 (which is currently installed on my system, even if support.zip in setup.xml says it's 7.1.0.0).
</p>

<p>
	Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
</p>

<p>
	<br />
	Thanks in advance!

<p>
	If I go back to Keytool, it seems okay (license installed). I tried to uninstall and reinstall license - no change.
</p>

<p>
	I restarted computer - no change.
</p>

<p>
	I reinstalled DVBViewer - no change, still getting the "user data error 688" despite that I put all the license information and get a success message.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Please assist.

<p>
	When I want to analyze some muxes from Tvheadend server some of them are failing with "Tuning Error" while others do open without problems.

<p>
	I tried the amount of pids and it's not limited to 32. I tried 40.

	How can this be fixed?

	Hello everybody,
</p>

<p>
	I have been loving DVBViewer since I purchased it. Sadly, I have recently encountered a problem.
</p>

<p>
	DVBViewer works perfectly fine if I have my TV tuner (Hauppauge WinTV) plugged into the USB port. However, if the tuner is unplugged and I try to open DVBViewer, as soon as it has finished loading and the main window appears, I see the text "No Playback" in the bottom left corner and the main screen is black, and after a few seconds, the program closes entirely. It appears this problem occurs no matter whether I have set the channel to an OTA channel or an internet stream beforehand.
</p>

<p>
	I could forgive this problem due to the USB extender that I have, but today - out of nowhere - I have found out that if the tuner is plugged into the USB extender, I now have the same problem, even when the tuner shows that it is turned on (it used to work just fine before). It'll only work now if the tuner is plugged directly into the USB port. Sadly, I don't have enough ports on the computer, so I can't leave the bulky tuner in along with the other devices I need to use without a USB extender.
</p>

<p>
	All of this was on version 7.3.0, I tried to upgrade to 7.3.1 just now but it did not fix the problem.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

<p>
	It's been a while since I was last active on these forums...didn't need to as DVBViewer was always rock solid! <span><img alt=":)" data-emoticon="" height="20" src="https://www.dvbviewer.tv/forum/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.png" srcset="https://www.dvbviewer.tv/forum/uploads/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" title=":)" width="20" /></span>

</p>

<p>
	<span>However, I have found an interesting and annoying problem with some IPTV Streams. </span>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<span>For the Irish TV channels RTE, RTE they both have AAC audio streams and these work with no issues.  However the Virgin Media 1 - 4 channels, which also have AAC audio do not.  Interestingly the AAC Audio image in the DVBViewer footer only becomes visable when starting with an RTE channel and then switching to a Virgin channel.  </span>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<span>All of the audio and video channels work in VLC Player.</span>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<span>I have the AAC Wrapper and LAV codecs installed.  I have also tried post-processing with AC3Filter, FFDshow etc...same issues.  No audio on Virign channels in DVBViewer, but all work in VLC Player.</span>

<p>
	Hello,<br>
	Congratulations on the forum, very useful. I,m a happy user of DVBViewer pro for years. I noticed a small problem. In practice with A***D I can seeing all the HD and UHD channels of the tivusat platform through a regular active card. I have only one problem in a channel called RAI 4k that although it is tuned and you can see perfectly fluid images thanks to the hardware decoding of my RTX 580. But now it seems that only in that channel DVBViewer does not detect the audio stream, so that it does not appear at the bottom of the program view, even the encoding symbol (it should be E-AC3). I tried changing the AC-3 decoder but nothing from the settings. Also changing PID and putting the format recognition in the settings changes nothing. As a decoder I have tried both LAV audio decoder and AC3 Filter. If you want i can put the transport stream where there seems to be the E-AC3 audio stream at PID 102. Thanks for anyone who can help me.

	Sadly the station logos - list does not work correctly in Version 7.3.0.0.  It's not accepting changes in Station Names or Logos. <span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#353c41;font-size:14px;">ChannelLogos2.ini can be manually edited and saved with Notepad++ but the changes made manually in ChannelLogos2.ini have no effect on the next start of DVBViewer 7.3.0.0. On the next start DVBViewer automatically replaces the manually edited version of ChannelLogos2.ini with its own previous version.</span>
</p>

<p style="background-color:#fcf7f9;color:#880e4f;font-size:14px;">

<p style="background-color:#fcf7f9;color:#880e4f;font-size:14px;">
	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#353c41;font-size:14px;">If the station logos are manually changed  and saved in DVBViewer 7.3.0.0 using the Options-Menue, DVBViewer will show immedeatly the changed Logos. But on the next start of DVBViewer 7.3.0.0 all changes that were made are gone and automatically replaced by it's previous Version of DVBViewer. So an Update of Station Name or Logo is not possible in DVBViewer 7.3.0.0.</span>

	For a few months I have problems with my HTPC.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	First manifestation of problems: after changes on the 28.5E satellites I can no longer receive some British channels.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Some time later there were changes on the 19.5E and 23.5E satellites and I can hardly watch any TVV (TV-Vlaanderen package) channel.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	When I scan the aforementioned satellites with Transedit 3.9.6.0, I can no longer find many channels but a remarkable number of "Service xxx" channels. Sometimes there is one that seems to work.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I can switch to some channels but the picture and sound stop after 1 or 2 seconds; that is why I think that something has changed in the CODECS that are used. I use the LAV 0.79.2 filters.

	Hello,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I have following setup:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Windows 10,
	</li>
	<li>
		MediaServer 3.3.0.0 service,
	</li>
	<li>
		*minisatip* service on the other computer, with 2x Digital Devices MAX M4 configured to record DVB-C channels. Minisatip works with these tuners and also Digital Devices Octopus CI slots. MediaServer has Minisatip instance connected as RTSP Server (8 instances).
	</li>
	<li>
		local Digital Devices Max S8 tuner to record DVB-S streams.
	</li>
	<li>
		At any given time, about 40 timers programmed, simultaneously recording ~10 channels.
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The problem is that the web interface loads extremely slowly, about 30 seconds to refresh the interface. It is not always though, there seems to be a cycle between slow and fast response:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		I enter http://192.168.9.11:8089/ it hangs on the GET for about 30 seconds then loads the interface. During the hang, the CPU stays at about 24%, memory usage usually increases.
	</li>
	<li>
		After the interface loads, everything is snappy once again, CPU usage drops to &lt;1%.
	</li>
	<li>
		Then, when I click something on the interface, the CPU usage goes up again and everything hangs for about ~30 seconds.
	</li>
</ul>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	High CPU usage:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The state when the interface works OK:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://www.dvbviewer.tv/forum/uploads/monthly_2024_08/Screenshot_2024-08-21_11-44-37.png.f380cec4802af00075a13899f61f1252.png" data-fileid="52256" data-fileext="png" rel=""><img class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="52256" data-ratio="16.10" width="1000" alt="Screenshot_2024-08-21_11-44-37.thumb.png.b127da831a685129a7acb02b15d25f34.png" src="https://www.dvbviewer.tv/forum/uploads/monthly_2024_08/Screenshot_2024-08-21_11-44-37.thumb.png.b127da831a685129a7acb02b15d25f34.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I also observed that just after MediaServer startup, the memory usage was about 100 MB. When I go to web interface for the first time, I had to wait almost a minute, memory increased 100 -&gt; 450 MB.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Overall, there seems to be a pattern that then the web interface is accessed, the memory usage increases and interface hangs for about 30 s.

	Hello!<br />
	I noticed a strange behavior in DVBViewer when experimenting with livestreams controlled by me.<br />
	If I stop the livestream and the packets are still available on the server, DVBViewer starts to play them (sometimes even multiple times) again and then stops later.<br />
	This also occurs in the recordings. When trying to record with FFmpeg (using "codec copy" option), it shows a different behavior: the stream stops and recovers correctly.
</p>

<p>
	I conducted two tests. The first involved live reproduction of the same streams in three different video players (DVBViewer, FFplay, and an <abbr title="HTTP Live Streaming"><abbr title="HTTP Live Streaming">HLS</abbr></abbr> test website). Only DVBViewer exhibited the described behavior.
</p>

<p>
	The second test focused on recording. I simultaneously recorded with DVBViewer and FFmpeg (I muxed the <abbr title="MPEG transport stream"><abbr title="MPEG transport stream">TS</abbr></abbr> into MP4 to overcome the errors in DVBViewer). Playing the FFmpeg recording shows the stop and recovery of the stream, but DVBViewer plays a bit of an earlier section (then joins, but I didn't record the screen as long...).
</p>

	Hi,
</p>

<p>
	In my configuration i Have 2 cards.
</p>

<p>
	One Avermedia DVB T FTA chipset IT9135
</p>

<p>
	One Technotrend dvbs/s2 ttbuget 3200 + CI
</p>

<p>
	Windows is W7 pro sp1
</p>

<p>
	Recently I had to change motherboard, old one was out.
</p>

<p>
	New one is UEFI, under CSM mode all is worling fine.
</p>

<p>
	I have to work under UEFI because I'm multibooting multi OSs.
</p>

<p>
	DVBViewer under UEFI is as follow:
</p>

<p>
	- Channels from Avermedia: no crask.
</p>

<p>
	- Channels from Technotrend: after a laps of moment (1 to 10 seconds) : crash
</p>

<p>
	Option to make it wok for Sat: uncheck Module common Interface so only FTA are available under UEFI.
</p>

<p>
	My motherboard : Gigabyte H310M sp2 2.0 + CPU/GPU : i3-9100
</p>

<p>
	How to debug / correct this?
</p>

<p>
	Thanks in advance.
</p>

<p>
	Etienne.

	I have DVBViewer 7.2.4.0 on my Windows 11 system. I am experiencing frequent DVBViewer crashes which freeze the whole system. The only way to recover is the hard reset on the system's cabinet. There os no information in any of Windows Logs when try to check them with Event Viewer. As you will see in the support.zip there is nothing there to indicate what has happened (as much as I can read info). I had this problem for a long time, previously with Windows 10 but it was not as frequent as it is now with Windows 11. Sometimes there is no crash for the whole day. Sometimes there are several crashes in the same day.  I hope that you can tell me what is happening.

	The log tells about <abbr title="MPEG transport stream"><abbr title="MPEG transport stream">TS</abbr></abbr> Streams, but the cease of recording affects all channels, including DVB-C. If the MediaServer is left in this state, it eventually crashes because it runs out of RAM, I've seen it happen at about 1.2 GB of allocated memory in Windows Task manager.

	I set up a daily schedule to record a program via DVBViewer Media Server. Most of the time recordings are created successfully in a single playable video file.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	But occasionally(occurs in an unpredictable manner) the server creates 100+ corrupt(seemingly) video files during a recording, each of which is 68 kB with the exception of the first one being playable for 7-8 minutes. As you can see I have not attached a dump file since I don't know when the issue will happen in advance. I am usually away from my computer to detect the bug right away, so I am worried this might happen during a critical schedule. I need to rely on the Media Server to record programs when I am away or forget to start the recording manually. How can I make sure, it will always work without a surprise?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	To note, I use an external HDD as the record destination connected via a USB3.0 port and I never remove it from the PC. It always have more than enough space.

	I encountered an issue today while trying to view DVB-S2 channels from a specific transponder on <em>DVBViewer Pro</em>. Video frames do not update in the viewer screen unless there is an interaction with it(hovering the cursor on the control buttons, entering/exiting the full screen mode). Basically I see frozen frames when I try to watch an affected channel. Same channels worked perfectly few hours ago though.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I have restarted <em>DVBViewer Media Server</em> and it did not resolve the issue.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<em>Note: This only happens in DVBViewer Pro. Other clients(TBSViewer) shows the video without an issue for the same channels in the same time period.</em>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I am adding the logs and the transponder details below:

	Hi, yesterday I noticed a lot of .ts files in my C drive. Some were playable with vlc (they were dvb recordings) others not.
</p>

<p>
	I deleted all of theme except one that gave me a "file in use by system error".
</p>

<p>
	A decide to wipe the drive and did a clean install of windows 11 and after installing DVBViewer Pro 7.2.3 a file with the name lw_890842865.ts reappeared in my C drive.
</p>

<p>
	This morinig the file was around 300mb and now is 9.5gb. This file is not playable in DVBViewer or VLC.
</p>

<p>
	Does anybody know what it is and how do I prevent it from beeing created?
</p>

<p>
	Many thanks
</p>
