mrr19121970 Posted January 18, 2006 Share Posted January 18, 2006 When I watch a 4:3 broadcast with DVBViewer live then the image is left justified on my 16:9 tv, but (correctly) centred when I play it back. I'm using the latest ELECARD MPEG-2 decoder software. Anyone else experience this, or find a workaround ? Thanks. Mike. Quote Link to comment
christophe95 Posted January 18, 2006 Share Posted January 18, 2006 Yes I met the same problem, but normaly with Elecard is ok, but not the best Today, I chose Auto select from the menu in Directx window, but you can try with other Mpeg decoder, DScaler could be or Ciberlink. mrr19121970 Posted January 19, 2006 Author Share Posted January 19, 2006 I'm using the latest version of the Elecard decoder filter (come with Elecard Player 4.01). I played around with various settings, and discovered that VMR-9 os OK, but overlay mode causes this problem. The cyberlink MPEG filter is OK in every mode. Regards. Mike. Quote Link to comment
