Hi, I'd like to know if the Hauppauge HVR1300 is supported by DVBViewer pro for DVB-T receiving.

(I hope it is a Hauppauge HVR1100 + analog)

Thanks

Hallo,

you can test your card (with BDA driver installed)

if you use the tool Transedit MMC from this site

and make a channelscan,

it's work -> the DVBViewer Pro will work

look on this site for BDA driver, if you have not installed yet

:(

Hauppauge HVR 1300:

'Record digital TV to your PC's hard disk using high quality hardware MPEG-2.'

Sorry,

the Hauppauge HVR1300 is not supported by DVBViewer.

I have a HVR-1300 running on a Windows MCE with the DVBViewer - and it runs very fine. ;)

But I found it quite difficult to make a channel list and get it into the DVBViewer. This could also be beacuse I am quite new in DVBViewer.

BTW where can I find a quide to setup my MCE remote control for the DVBViewer ?

How did you managed to get your 1300 to work with DVBViewer?

All I get is "No hardware available"

Please help...?

By DVB-T if you mean digital terestrial television only.

I would have though this tuner with DVBViewer would work, please correct me if i'm wrong. As the HVR-1300 is exactly same tuner as the nova-t for digital DTT or DVB-T as in the thread heading.

See this link for devices and here for Nova-t and HVR family drivers.

Yes the HVR has analogue also, i'm replying to the thread heading Support for Hauppauge HVR1300 DVB-T only
