The One Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 (edited) Hi all, Hope you can help. During channel scan using DVBViewer 3 my system freezes completly not just DVBViewer but my whole system. Hardware loads fine, player starts with no errors. Have tried with watch tv pro and works fine. (with bda & Network adapter driver) Any thoughts? The One Posted June 14, 2006 Author Share Posted June 14, 2006 Issue was resolved partly. method taken: Change pci slot Windows update: got several updates Remove bda driver using technotrend removal tool remove DVBViewer software from system and deleting directory delete dvb filter from registry restart machine install technotrend network driver test that it works remove technotrend network driver install bda driver do scan on other sat not connected if sucessfull do proper scan on connected satellite One of these fixed the problem not sure which one.
