Fehlermeldung - unhandled win 32 exception in dvbviewer.exe [2352]

Ich bekomme ab und zu folgende Fehlermeldung, unhandled win 32 exception in DVBViewer.exe [2352] und der DVBViewer(pro) stürzt ab.

Vielleicht kann mir ja einer von euch helfen, denn mir ist unklar woran es liegen könnte das dieser Fehler auftritt.

Im folgenden Daten zu mein Computer. Im Anhang befindet sich das suppport.zip und ein screenshot der Fehlermeldung.

Graphikkarte : NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT (Treiberversion: 7.1.8.4)

Bezeichnung der TV-Karte FireDTV DVB-C (Treiberversion: 4.2.0.0)

Mainbord : Intel Desktop Board D915GEV
