Old plugin interface

I have some questions about the old plugin interface.

(I don't want to use the new COM interface. i like the GE version)

 

1. Do it exists a API to get the filename of the file that is being recorder?

 

2. Do it exists a API to get the status (like recording,playing and so on)

 

3. Do it exists a API of getting EPG data from the plugin interface?

 

4. EPG.dat are they any way i can access this file to get EPG data?
