CiNcH
TT app installs and requires normal VC 2005 runtime. In order to get the API-DLL working, you need VC 2005 SP1 runtime!!! Get it here for x86 machines: click Edited November 16, 2007 by CiNcH Quote Link to comment
djdul
Right, you need a properly installed VC2005 runtime... YES : work great with the "Package redistribuable Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 (x86)" (SP1 needed) I'm testing now with my old technisat skystar 1.1 as second receiver. Is there any chance of having twice channels decoding ? OutOfTopic add : (ttapi.dll is no more installed with a fresh DVBV 3.9) thanks for all... go back testing on HTPC (#2) ;-) Quote Link to comment
Lars_MQ
(ttapi.dll is no more installed with a fresh DVBV 3.9) Of course it is. have a look at the downloadsection of the setup. You have to select it to install it. Quote Link to comment

CiNcH
I am really clueless. I have now checked which VC runtime is being downloaded and installed by the DVBViewer installer, and it is SP1, so the correct one. Please check ttBdaDrvApi_Dll.dll version. It has to be 1.0.1.11. Did you select the x86 version of VC runtime? Applies to 32-bit operating system... Don't select both, select the one that applies to your operating system (64-bit = x64; 32-bit = x86). djdul
Christian posted 1.0.1.11 in this thread!!! You need this one! Download Please guys read the things written here! may be a windows xp post sp2 update, but, now : I have some few channels which show badly. I'm using 3.9.1 with latest intel chipset and latest technotrend driver BDA. my 3650 USB CI use with a matrix and sometimes channels have few "square" or "lines". like the "directshow update" problems ! may be a problem in the graph ? the cam no more show inside the menu (when selecting items)...! so the 1.0.1.11 is not at all completly working ! FTA is okay. Quote Link to comment
CiNcH
What do you mean by "now". So it has worked already, now it doesn't do its job properly any longer? Why do you blame the TT-API then? Quote Link to comment
djdul
What do you mean by "now". So it has worked already, now it doesn't do its job properly any longer? Why do you blame the TT-API then? TTAPI or DVBV but; in facts: the version 3.9.1 don't show channel correctly : some hang on images, few decryption problem... the decryption is still there but seem to be not fast enought ? (or may be another problems, but from ttbdaapi). the menu cam interface do no show anything else that the menu (sometimes)... not possible to go inside. try all codec : the same. try a different cam : the same. try back version 3.9.0 : the same. is there an update from microsoft that I need (or which is in cause of troubles). for me it work as a beta, few fonctions with less quality... very disapointed ! DarkSoul
Hi there, I'm testing the new API, too. After Installing the VC2005SP1 Runtime, the CAM works also fine! I own a TT budget 3200 CI, using Driver 5.0.0.6. But the best of the new API is: NO MORE DISCONTINUTIES!!!! Now I could watch HDTV without any errors. Discovery HD is running now about 2h without any discontinuties. With the old API I had every minute 1 or 2 discontinuities. If I reinstall the old API, the disc. are back. Quote Link to comment
xidi
i've also installed the version 3.9.1.1 at the weekend with the CAM plugin. Everything worked fine. Premiere, Premiere HD, ORF. But suddenly i've got a freeze on ORF and all crypted channels didn't work anymore. Restart of the PC, everything fine again. Anyway, the performance of this software is way ahead of the original one..... Quote Link to comment

CiNcH
- check whether the ttBdaDrvApi_Dll >= Version 1.0.1.5 is present in the DVBViewer folder - check whether VC2005 SP1 is installed - download the TT remote plugin (1.1.1a) from the members section and copy the plugin to the DVBViewer's plugins folder - [iMPORTAND] read the readme included in the TT remote plugin package, you have to learn keycodes and assign actions! What about adding this to the wiki? Or is it already there? I am tired of repeating it every month for remote and CI.. Edited September 12, 2008 by CiNcH Quote Link to comment
