Does anyone have the 45 button Hauppauge remote control working completely with DVBViewer?

 

I've looked at various threads here and pieced bits together and got some basic functions working but can't seem to get everything working at once.

 

Does anyone have all 45 buttons functioning and if so could they post their irremote.ini file here?
