Sat1, Pro7 bei Aufnahme kein Ton

Hallo,

mein Problem ist folgendes:

wenn ich die neuen Sender Sat1 oder Pro7 schaue, habe ich ganz normalen Ton und ganz normales Bild.

Bei einer Aufnahme habe ich allerdings keinen Ton. Woran liegt das?
