I get this message every time I start th DVBViewer:

Cannot render mediafile/output pin, error: 0x80040200 (Speciefied media type is invalid

After some time a kind of a picture appears (Some of the picture is visible - the rest is blurred/greyish)

I get no sound.

I am trying to wathch the Norwegian Terrestrial broadcasting using MPEG4

I have been searching around the different part of the forum and the documentation, and dowloaded different versions of codecs. I am presently on ffdshow and the libfaad2 wrapper.

I am using a Hauppauge HVR900 on a Dell Dimension 8400. I am including the support.zip file that I beleive gives the essential informaton on sytem on setup.

Anyone who has an idea on what to do next?

No you have not experienced with different decoder (at least h.264 decoder) there is only one installed and obviously it doesn't work. Try the decoders delivered with you dvb card.

OK. I installed a LEAD H.264 Decoder, and then I got a picture. But no sound.

I tried installing PowerDVD7, an playin around with the different codecs, but without any luck.

I now normally get error 0X800402002, No support for this interface.

I am including my present support.zip

Any ideas?
