Hi.

After I installed DVBViewer 4.2.1, I got a problem with the clock format in the EPG.

The clock format has change to 12 hour am/pm. Is there some way I canS change it back to 24 hour format?

The system time and timezone is correct.

If you look at the screenshots in this thread you can see that the system time is 24 hour format and the epg time is 12 hour format.

Did you change the Time Zone Settings to Manual Time Zone and alter the Time Zone Difference to your location?

I managed to resolve the problem.

I don't know what caused the problem, but there had to be something with the windows time settings.

I use Windows 7 RTM. I reset all time settings and chose the same time zone again, and then everything worked fine.

In DVBViewer the time zone settings are set to auto.

Hello.

I cannot change from 12 hour format to 24.

Everything that I can find, is set to my local settings (Denmark), also everything mentioned above.

Am I missing something?

DVBViewer and rec service is newly installed.

Edit: the EPG in DVBViewer is in 24 hours format

Thx

Google is your best friend :)

First search gave:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3530-time-format-change.html

All that is set right.

What I mean is, that it's in the Web interface (channel EPG and TV guide) that I get the 12 hour format. The "Timeline" shows 24 hour format.

Edit: Ok, i see now that i forgot to mention above, that i was talking about the Web Interface EPG and TV guide.

Which format have you set? Does it look like this:

Short Time

HH:mm

Long Time

HH:mm:ss

This is the correct 24h format.

As the other guys already stated, the time format in RS is dependant on the format set in Windows. If the correct time format doesnt show in RS the problem should be windows related.

Yup, it's exactly how it looks here.

But channel epg and tvguide still shows the 12 hour format.

Edit: attachments moved to bug report post.

A couple of tips:

If recently having changed time format a reboot could be needed.

If using the Chrome browser sometimes hitting the reload button several times could clear the cache memory and bring forth the right time format.
