The Plugin interface (Members Section > Sources > DVBViewer Plugin SDK) therefor you need a programming language which is able to build real .dll and the COM (Members Section > Sources > DVBViewer Plugin SDKDVBViewer COM Interface) Interface which is accessible from scripting language as well.
