Cant use Cemote Control sshd2 - help

I cant use my remote control that came with Skystar HD2.

 

I conected to the thing that looks like a jack, but it doesnt respond.

 

I tried with ts_winlirc.exe and SkystarIR.exe

 

ts_winlirc i think its for skystar, and not skystar hd2..... but i tried anyway the scan says is ok, but....

 

SkystarIR does nothing, it only appers the red dot in bottom right of windows.

 

Im using Win7 64bits
