Fehler bei Videoaufnahme

Ich habe ein Problem mit Videoaufnahmen, nämlich dass sie nicht starten. Es gibt eine Fehlermeldung: " Betriebssystemfunktion liefert Fehler"

 

Meine Analyse ergab, dass es einen Fehler beim Aktivieren des DVB Viewers TE2 nach dem LogIn bzw Prozessstart (mit Task Planer) gibt. Der Filemonitor zeigt einen Schreibfehler auf die d3dpcaps.tmp in windows\system32.

 

Kennt jemand solche Probleme?? Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich?
