How to se Not free HD DTT Channels ?

io have a hauppauge hvr 4000 tv card

i can see also free italian dtt hd channels (rai test hd ,canale5 hd)

i also see mediaset premium pay channel with

hauppauge win tv ci interface

samsung cam

and a regular subscription

but i cant see the hd channel of mediaset premium (pay tv)

is itpossible ?
