Often it is combined with threats like: "I assume that the DVBViewer Pro does not meet the minimum specifications, that is compatible with TechnoTrend cards, and as such, then I demand the repayment of € 15, and you can block your account". The most annoying fact is that these naggers are unwilling to give at least the minimium of required support informations. Often they even are unwilling to read the given links to this board. In the case of this friendly contemporary it is probably the fact that his cam is not working. To point it out: There is no legal cam solution for subscriptions like HD+ or NDS. It is not a fault by the DVBViewer and we don't retransfer the license fee caused by the fact that some people are to §)%$"%) to think first. Christian PS: I know that the most people here know these facts, but there are unluckily some users who think they can pee on the wrong tree. PPS: It is also not accelerating an answer if you sent the same email to multiple recipients of us (e.g. Lars, Bernd and me) Quote Link to comment
