This means that i receive more than 1000 (one thousand) requests for upgrades (i wish at least a small percentage would rebuy, but this is another point) within less than 2 hours. This means that it takes time to send an answer. It also takes some time to update the server, so please stay patient. New customers have a higher priority and it DOES NOT SPEED ANYTHING UP if you nag me via email or phone to push things!!!!!! Please also do NOT send me emails that you can not log into the new section without reading the how to made by Griga first! Keep also in mind that Microsoft IE has an quite annoying bug which causes login problems: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ieinternals/archive/2009/11/22/clipboard-paste-bug-in-windows-7-password-prompt.aspx I suppose 99% of all requests at the moment are like this: Hi I can't log in using the attached information , please help. Regards or in german: Passwort wird nicht akzeptiert. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, was der Mist auf einmal soll.Wenn ich diese Seite https://www.DVBViewer.tv/members aufrufen will und meinen Benutzernamen und das neue Passwort von Euch eingebe komme ich trotzdem nicht rein. Was mache ich falsch? Even if those who send me emails like this are only 5% of the users who received the new login credentials it is A LOT. Please try to avoid contacting me directly with this silly mails. There is absolutely nobody who receive false credentials and all problems are caused by the user and not us.
