Disable Video/Audio Rendering While NetStreaming

I am playing HDTV contents on Mac Mini Server with Parallels Desktop, the SDTV contents play smoothly, while HDTV contents do not.

So is it possible to run DVBViewer with Netstream plugin, play the stream on MAC with VLC?
