Need some assistance or tips regarding my credentials

(this is no rant or complaint!)

 

My fellow DVBViewer friends,

 

im a old time user -customer of DVBViewer.

 

In short: I did the credentails procedure when 4.5 was released.

 

No response email - and could not log in the new members section to download.

 

After a few emails - i got this reaction(17 nov 2010):

Hello,

 

your data was send just in time. Look at SPAM also.

A second eMail is on the way.

Remember to install the DVBViewer in VISTA as admin only.

waited waited- nothing.

oke i really love the software so i just bought a new copy via paypal.

 

paypal confirmed the payment, but nothing from dvd viewer.

 

mailed several times via the form on the site.

 

No response.

 

Its al long time ago now and i dont know how to get in contact to solve the issue.

 

Does anyone have advice or a lead , tip or such?

(I read all the stuff, did all that was necessary checked spam etc etc.)

 

Sh*t happens on the net so there must be a glitch somewhere, any tips?
