I suggest to add one on the rear of the front panel that push the air inside, so to create a forced air flow that refresh the PCI slot area... Alternatively, if you love DIY , you can add an aluminium heat dissipator to the SS2 chip (you have to use an adhesive thermoconductive pad or paste to fix it), or a little fun like those used for 486 cpu (...and find your own a way to fix it to the board...)
