4.6.0 Black screen

sorry after the update i have a black screen:

 

i'm usign the recording service, what's mean "Please do a manual hardware search in the hardware options!"?

delete all the devices then restore they with the "scan devices" DVBViewer button?

here not helps and black screen

If you are using RS this instruction do not apply for you in DVBViewer, since it is using unicast devices. However this hardware search should be done in RS/Configure/Hardware instead in your case. This new hardware detection system was introduced in the RS 1.6.8 beta.

thanks, i imagined that but seeing the black screen i thinked about it as well

any chance to have again the working video back?

i'll try a reboot then a downgrade

Well, if you had it working before upgrading DVBViewer there is only two places to focus on.

1. Hardware tab in RS - follow your own instructions in post 1.

2. In DVBViewer Hardware options - redo the unicast devices according to the RS installation guide (close and restart DVBViewer after you're done with the unicast setup)
