Audio desynchronized in recordings?

Hi.

 

Once in a while, I noticed my .MPG recordings (played back in DVBViewer Pro v4.5, VideoLAN Client Media Player v1.1.7, and the latest K-Lite Codec Full Pack's Media Player Classic-Home Cinema v1.5.0.2827) show desynchronized audio by a second (audio comes first). Why does this happen? Is it because my rabbit ear antennae feed picked about 15 errors according to DVBViewer Pro's logs?

 

I use an old, updated Windows XP Pro. SP3, onboard RealTek audio, ATI Radeon 4870 video card (512 MB of RAM), and two old Broadband Technologies Air2PC-ATSC-PCI HDTV tuner cards (DVB; revision 2; connected to a rabbit ear antenna).
