Strange DiSEqC problem

I have a Technisat SkyStar HD 2 and have connected it through a brand new 2-way DiSEqC 2.0 switch to two LNB:s.

Switching to the LNB on input one works fine.

Switching to the LNB on input two works only for some channels.

For example, I can't switch from a channel on LNB 1 to BBCOne on LNB 2. I get 0% signal strength.

But if I switch from a channel on LNB 1 to Euronews on LNB 2(same sat same LNB as BBCOne) it works fine, and then I can tune BBCOne without problem.

How is it possible that DiSEqC switching works differently on channels with the same DiSEqC settings??

By the way, TransEdit have no issues switching the DiSEqC and find all channels.

 

I'm still on DVBViewer 4.2.1.

Any suggestions?
