bmatic
Hi, I bought an ezcap USB 2.0 DVB-T Stick, Model:EzTV867: http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/238458414/USB2_0_DVB_T_TV_Tuner.html , and chip in it is an AfaTech IT9135 BDA. The stick came with remote control, and BlazeDTV 6.0 software. BlazeDTV software works crapy, it glitches a lot, but remote control works with it. I downloaded, and installed DVBViewer Pro DEMO, and this is the best software for watching DVB-T I have ever saw, but my remote control doesn't with it. The question is: how can I get DVBViewer to work with the remote I got with the stick, in any way ? Quote Link to comment

bogdan1980
if it's an hid remote( usb) you need eventghost, intelliremote, girder, hip, KM Remote , IR Server Suite, choose one. Personal i use ( buyed) girder and intelliremote. Girder is for experts, intelliremote for noobs. Quote Link to comment
bmatic
Hi Bogdan, the problem is it is not a hid remote, the IR receiver is embedded into USB DVB-T stick, and it cannot be found in device manager. When I plug stick in computer, device manager only shows IT9135 BDA as a new sound device. The original software that came with the stick, "BlazeDTV" knowns how to communicate with the IR receiver build into stick, let's say knows the right "address". Is there a setting, or a plugin for DVBViewer to alow communication with the buildin IR receiver ? I tried with several IR software, like Girder, Intelliremote, Lirc, and none of them can receive commands from IT9135 BDA chip. Quote Link to comment
bogdan1980
for some hid remote, there is nothing in device manager. pls do this: install intelliremote( google it), go to program files/melloware/intelliremote, find HidTester.exe, open it, find your remote, and play with your remote, if something appear in HidTester then your remote is ok, you could use it in intelliremote. if not, send an email to melloware about your remote, with your " VID", and some command that you see in hidtester. bmatic
Hi Bogdan / Pozdrav Bogdane :-) I installed Intelliremote, and runned it's subprogram "HID Device Tester", in that program I can see only my Logitech mouse - "Logitech USB-PS/2 Optical mouse", then I pressed every button on my remote control, pointing it in USB DVB-T receiver (whic has embedded IR receiver inside), there was absolutely no responce from program. But I noticed some interesting thing on CD that came with USB DVB-T receiver, there was directory on CD "D:\oem\RemoteControl", and there was only one file - "Default.ini", the content of file is below, then I searched my computer for file stated in ini file "AF9100EXRC.dll", and found it in directory "C:\Program Files\BlazeVideo\BlazeDTV 6.0\Plugins", then I Google it, and discovered that it is a part of BlazeDTV program. Question is: It is apperent that this plugin dll file is nedeed fo remote control to work, is there any way to integrate/embedd that plugin dll into DVBViewer, so that my remote can work in DVBViewer (I tried just copy it in "C:\Program Files\DVBViewer Demo\Plugins", but it didn't work) ? Entire content of "C:\Program Files\BlazeVideo\BlazeDTV 6.0\Plugins" directory: http://www.4shared.com/file/Iuz-tuO2/Plugins.html Default.ini: [General] Name=Default Plugin=AF9100EXRC.dll [Custom] MaskCode=0x00FF [CommandMaps] 1=Mute,0,0,0,0,0x13ec,0,0,0 2=ShowHideEPGWindow,0,0,0,0,0x11ee,0,0,0 3=GotoLiveTV,0,0,0,0,0x1ce3,0,0,0 4=Power_Off,0,0,0,0,0x12ed,0,0,0 5=Num_1,0,0,0,0,0x1fe,0,0,0 6=Num_2,0,0,0,0,0x2fd,0,0,0 7=Num_3,0,0,0,0,0x3fc,0,0,0 8=ChangeAudioChannel,0,0,0,0,0xdf2,0,0,0 9=Num_4,0,0,0,0,0x4fb,0,0,0 10=Num_5,0,0,0,0,0x5fa,0,0,0 11=Num_6,0,0,0,0,0x6f9,0,0,0 12=AddCapture,0,0,0,0,0x19e6,0,0,0 13=Num_7,0,0,0,0,0x7f8,0,0,0 14=Num_8,0,0,0,0,0x8f7,0,0,0 15=Num_9,0,0,0,0,0x9f6,0,0,0 16=Full_Screen,0,0,0,0,0x10ef,0,0,0 17=ReturnLastChannel,0,0,0,0,0xaf5,0,0,0 18=Num_0,0,0,0,0,0xff,0,0,0 19=Next_Chapter,0,0,0,0,0xbf4,0,0,0 20=Volume_Up,0,0,0,0,0xcf3,0,0,0 21=TTX_Show_Teletext,0,0,0,0,0x1be4,0,0,0 22=Record,0,0,0,0,0x1de2,0,0,0 23=Previous_Chapter,0,0,0,0,0x15ea,0,0,0 24=Volume_Down,0,0,0,0,0x18e7,0,0,0 25=Stop,0,0,0,0,0xef1,0,0,0 26=PausePlay,0,0,0,0,0x1ee1,0,0,0 27=Scan_Backward_Increase,0,0,0,0,0xff0,0,0,0 28=Scan_Forward_Increase,0,0,0,0,0x1ae5,0,0,0 Quote Link to comment

Zoran Zivkovic
Hi Bmatic, pozdrav :-) Did you figured out about remote control? I have the same problem. I bought from aliexpress Astrometa usb dvb-t2 stick last week and downloaded smartdvb(for me, it's better than DVBViewer, one of the best). How to use remote in smartdvb instead in dvbc-tvr from installation cd? Quote Link to comment
