Both computers have latest DVBViewer pro installed.

How can i get the recording info to work with both computers?

Update:

The computer where the info is shown has windows 7 ultimate 32bit.

The other comp where info is not shown has windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

Is this the problem?

From members/beta section i downloaded and installed DVBViewer Recording Properties to the x64 computer but still no info available.

Its still excatly as it was on the screenshot i posted :/

Is there anything i can do to get it to work?

Oh well.

I reinstalled DVBViewer and reinstalled the beta DVBViewer Recording Properties.

Still no recording info is shown for the files (win7 64bit).

On 32bit system the infos are shown correctly.

Too bad if it doesnt work with 64bit win7.

Support.zip included for the non working x64 system.

How do you transfer the files to another computer? USB flash drive or...?

Because when I copy files on USB flash (FAT formatted), my computer warns me that metadata cannot be copied to a FAT formatted disk and it will be deleted.

Try using TeamViewer or local network to copy the files.

I have both computers on my home network.

So i just copy paste.

Also i tried with VNC.

Somehow the info goes missing somewhere.

Need to try with NTFS formatted HDD, then ive tried everything i could think of.

The fileinfo will disappear if using any format other than NTFS. Only NTFS does support the fileinfo. That was what ml05019 meant with his post.

Ok so i tried moving the .ts from working 32bit system to 64bit system with FTP, VNC, home network copy paste and NTFS formatted HDD.

No file info on any of the files.

So i guess the recording properties does not work for x64 :/

Na, they do work - since you see the recording panel in the property window. The reason why it is empty is caused by the loss of these informations. They are stored on NTFS drives, but if you copy the file to a fat file system device you loose the additional informations. I'm not sure but the property plugin does support additional txt files i guess, so you might also copy the txt file for the ts stream.
