I have to close DVBViewer...FTA or encrypted chanel, no difference. Windows 8 64 Mother board Ivybridge Asus P8B75 BIOS to date ATI HD 6450 graphics with driver to date. Tuner Anysee E7 S2 with driver to date DVBViewer Pro 5 with downloaded CI+Remote Anysee DLL Codec Lavfilter Visual C++ 2010 X86/64 installed defaults by ATI Catalyst driver Just in case, I have installed VisualC++ 2005 X86 for fixing the issue..it won't make any good..... After some investigations, I suspect something wrong with the ATI HD6450...after removing this card then outputing with the Intel CPU HD2000..it look like it's better.. But at the same time, the Anysee tuner died... The Murphy's law strikes again.... Since the ATI needs the VisualC++ 2010, I believe the card was defective...
