lan streaming from dvbserver to dvbviewer

Hi.

 

I'm using DVBViewer Pro 4.2.1.0.

 

I'm trying to stream from a PC with DVBServer with the DVB receiver to my other PC running DVBViewer.

 

I've figured out to start the server DVBServer. But where in the client (DVBViewer) do I connect to the server? The manual shows a window ("frmnetwork") where I'm apparently to put the servers IP. But I find no mention of anything network related in the DVBViewer or it's options, except NetStream plugin which is apparently a server not client. The manual only says "put the IP-address of the server in both forms." but no mention how to find this mythical dialog box..

 

The manual says I'm supposed to be able to change channels and such on the client which would be awesome. But how...?

 

And btw thank you to makers for a great program.

DVBServer

is not supportet anymore. And the DVBViewer Version is way out of date. please update and see http://en.DVBViewer.tv/wiki/Recording_Service_Installation_Guide
