When tuning a channel that's recording, connect to the.ts instead

Just an idea - when I tune a channel that is currently recording. how about instead of running the channel, playing the TS file from the latest point?

 

It would mean I could rewind beyond where I tuned from ,or go straight to the start of the programme.

 

Also for users with CAMs they would not need to decode the channel twice - once in the recording and once in live TV as recording service would decode before recording to TS (I assume!)

Good point, i will think of it. Anyway the cam does not decode anything twice
