Logoff option in shutdown options

I'd like to start dbviewer when user logs on so I made the user's shell "dbviewer.exe" and selected go fullscreen on start. It works perfectly when i login to users account but when i exit dbviewer, it doesn't logout but leaves a blank screen. Then i need to open task manager to log off. There are many options in shutdown settings such that shutdown, hibernate, sleep etc. but there's no log off options. I need this computer running all the time so how about adding logoff option to that list?

 

I tried writing batch file but it logged off immediately, used start /wait then dbviewer didn't started. I can go with any other solution if possible.
