Forced Subs on Blu-Ray playback

I have started to use DVBViewer as my Blu-Ray player, but last night came across an issue with forced subtitles.

 

It looks as though the forced subs are not treated as a normal subtitle track and so can't be switched on like standard subs.

 

I saw references to forced subs in the German forum which talked about using LAV filters, but couldn't get enough detail in translation. I also swiched on the Blu-Ray filter preset but with no success.

 

Can anyone let me know what the solution is please?
