New EVR custom video renderer

There is a new EVR Custom Video Renderer elaborated by CiNcH which can be tested in the TSPlayer 2.4.0.

It may replace the current EVR Custom Video Renderer in future DVBViewer Pro versions.

For testing there are some settings which can be changed directly in the TSPlayer.ini in the configuration folder

;Scaler = 0: D3D-Scaling,
;Scaler = 1: DXVA-Scaling (default)
Scaler=1

;Debug = 0: only exceptions are logged (default)
;Debug = 1: everything is logged
;The log is called TSPlayer_EVRCustom.log and placed in the configuration folder.
;The old log will be deleted at each playback start!

;Statistics = 0: no statistics embedded in the picture (default)
;Statistics = 1: basis informations
;Statistics = 2: detailed informations
