JW01 Posted November 22, 2014 Share Posted November 22, 2014 Four minutes after the program starts I get a message “User data error 1279: Please use KeyTool.exe to enter the correct data”. I run Keytool, it gives me my Username and password but Save is greyed out, so I click on the folder icon, select the dvbvkey and click on Save which is successful. After four minutes the message comes up again. This has only happened recently and the dvbvkey is in the right folder. What is the problem? Many thanks. Quote Link to comment

Griga Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 I don't know what you mean by "same" The downloaded setup is personalized, so using a different username / password for download and for installation does not work. Some people who have two DVBViewer licences encountered this issue. Quote Link to comment
