DVBViewer not offering "Reset after Standby"

I'm hunting down a problem with the TechnoTrend CT2-4400 DVB-C stick, where recording after waking from standby is intermittently stopping without warning. Only closing DVBViewer (5.3.2) and reconnecting the stick is fixing this lockup(?).

I've tried several options, to no avail.

Today I skimmed through the wiki and noticed the option "Reset after Standby", which sounds promising.

Unfortunately, this option is only available when using the Recording Service.

Is there any way to enable this option in the main program with scheduled recordings using Windows' Task Scheduler?

You can use a freeware called "Hibernate Trigger" with a script calling devcon.exe to restart the device.
