nthor Posted March 7, 2015 Share Posted March 7, 2015 I can watch the Danish channel DR2 (SD 720x576, MPEG2, cable) but I cannot record from this channel. Empty files are produced. No problems with other channels (SD or HD). With the alternative program ProgDVD there is no problem recording DR2. What can I do to make DVBViewer record DR2? Quote Link to comment

I would suggest that you do a rescan of your channels, or use transedit to update the channel list. Hope that you get it working. nthor Posted March 10, 2015 Author Share Posted March 10, 2015 Thanks for your advice. Neither restart of Recording Service nor rescan of channels cured my problem. However, after having removed recordimg service and reinstalled DVBViewer, recording of DR2 works OK. Apparently, something was wrong in my installation/configuration of DVBViewer. I actually use the Windows Task Scheduler rather than DVBViewer Recording Service to schedule recordings.. Quote Link to comment
