auto discover network operator naxoo like on tv ?

is it possible in simple steps ?

 

OS: Windows 7 home 32bit

DVBViewer: 5.3.2

hardware: Hauppauge WinTV HVR-930C DVBC Tuner

DVB-C cable operator: Naxoo

 

I would like to enter set below data as on TV and discover all channels order operator in seconds ?

 

network: 43063

network name: naxoo

frequency: 370 MHz

symbol: 6900

QAM:64
