Use the recording service without internet connexion (single seat PC)

Could you help to configure the recording service without internet or for only one PC ?

I have a router but when i lost my connexion i lost my TV too

With mediaportal, in this situation, i can continue to watch my TV ((

 

Could you help me please ?

Even with one PC you need to run the RS Wizard
http://en.DVBViewer.tv/wiki/Recording_Service_Installation_Guide#Setting_up_DVBViewer
use 127.0.0.1 as IP this only local on the PC.

And this is not for networking. But for the hardware management.
