IPTV quasi-scrambled channels

My Internet provider marks most of its open IPTV channels by descriptors 0x09 — Conditional access and CASystemID = 0x4AE2 (Unknown). So they are marked in the Channel Editor as Encrypted and any attempt to choose them results in No Hardware Available message (IPTV Network Device option for CI module is hidden). If I clear the Encrypted checkbox in the Channel Editor, there is no messages but the channel is not shown too. In the same time, Preview in TransEdit and VLC player shows these "encrypted" channels without any problems.

 

Is it possible to make these IPTV channels available in DVBViewer?

You can try adding in the hardware.xml (configuration folder)

<entry name="HasCI">1</entry>

to the IPTV device (stop the DVBViewer before this).
