Settings about multi satellites (DiSEqC...)

Hello everyone,

 

On DVBViewer I have the channels on Astra 19.2 works well, but when I put a channel from Hotbird 13.0 or Astra 28.2 / 23.5 channel is blackscreen.... signal is 98% but power is at 0% (power is at 85% for Astra 19.2)

my LNB is OK, I live in a building with a great professional satellite dish

 

i think the problem come from DiSEqC, isnt it ?

 

 

reception setting for Astra 19.2:

 

LNB Type: Universal (LOF 9750 / LOF2 10600 / LOF SW 11700)

DiSEqC: Pos B / Opt B

 

reception settings for Hotbird 13.0:

 

LNB Type: Universal (LOF 9750 / LOF2 10600 / LOF SW 11700)

DiSEqC: Pos A / Opt B

Nothing, if they match your configuration.

Hiw are you LNBs connected? Which Multiswitch ist used for it?

 

Here with a normal 9/x multiswitch I have to use Pos B / Opt A for the second satellite.
