DMS stopping working

Hi all my clients can't connect to server, I'm not sure what could have caused the issue, also I the DMS icon is missing from status bar, pls help to figure out what I need to do to fix this issue.

I restart my computer, this time the DMS Icon displayed in the status bar, yet the clients can't play an TV channel, here is another support file, pls advice that may have caused the issue.

There seams to be a problem with the firs tuner.

Check all cable between LNB and TV card.

 

And try all tuners separately in the DMS. Options > Hardware (in the DMS settings) and set all but one cards to don't use. And then try to receive channels. And then change to the next tuner.

Thanks for your response, I followed your suggestions:

After my initial post, powered of the PC server, the DMS started working and connecting with clients.

 

Then yesterday, DMS stopped working again

I'm not sure where the issue lies pls help, I never experienced the issue with RS
