cmjklein Posted July 29, 2017 Share Posted July 29, 2017 I have DVBViewer 6 and the new media server installed on a PC I am using as a server. DVBViewer works fine and connects to the server fine but when I install DVBViewer on a second PC with its' own license it fails to find the server. I have checked all network connectivity and it is fine for everything else, I have tried opening port 8089 on both computers and also turned off Mcafee firewall on both PC's but it still does not work. Originally on the first installation on the client PC the server config dialog did pick up and show the server machine but a connection test failed at every attempt. Now after a restart it does not even see or find the server. Can anyone advise what else it could be requiring. Both PC's are Windows 10. Thanks Quote Link to comment
