Der Ac3Filter ist nicht korrekt installiert. Neuinstallieren sollte helfen. Vorher würde ich ihn noch deinstallieren (Systemsteuerung ==> Programme entfernen) 

AC3Filter:   40000000  (File is missing)

Hier ein ähnliches Problem.
